I always order the dim sum from here and it's always fantastic. The staff is very friendly and I have never had any issues ordering from here or with the food here. I highly suggest giving it a try, some of the best asian food in the area!

The food wasn't very good and the delivery does not have exchange to give me my reminder money.

The fried rice and such are standard Canadian Chinese pseudo-Asian food but the dim sums are what we get everytime. They have fantastic dim sums and are quite good with serivce. We have no idea what dee is talking about either as they even delivered a dish they forgot when we called them one time.

I don't know what Dee is talking about, but I've had nothing but delicious food from Crystal Palace! They are friendly, quick and the prices are decent. My favourite place to order from in the KW.

you have to READ THIS! My husband and i were near there so he wanted to try the dish i told him i ate and was good , so we ordered and i clearly said i didn't want any other meat there just what i specified' so okay we take it for take out. When we come to eat it open it there was some missing holes in the ends so i said to myself oh they didn't fill it up like last time , so we started to eat it and noticed it was kind of sour and it didn't taste like chicken , and than we notice it was pork!! So i go back to the place and ask the lady how come there was pork when i told her i didn't want any other meat , she apologized and offered to make new one , i was ok with it but my husband couldn't want anymore so he told me to tell her to give us refund we would eat somewhere else (my husband doesn't speak well english so i had to talk) so than she was like what you mean gibe you money you ate some i said to her yes i tried it but it was bad when i came to meat which changed the meal taste , she saidNO NO we can't give you refund ... she insisted they would make new one but my husband didn't want to eat there And wait more so i said no please give me refund nicely and politely , the lady's hands started to shake (you could tell she was post off and that she was truly money hungry and didn't want to give $10 back!! So she took $10 out of the till while her hands were shaking and handed it over on the counter for me to take and she said to me at the same time' YOU ARE NOT WELLCOME HERE ANYMORE OKAY' i looked at her and said god bless you lady lol i didn't know what to say to her so UNPROFESIONALL IT WAS HARD TO BELIEVE IT SO I M HERE SPREADING THE WORD OF THIS RESTAURANT , THANKS FOR READING IT....
