I know this is not my closest wing machine, but I live on Brimley At Kingston rd..NO ORDER SHOWED UP...now its past midnight...the stores are closed, and I an furious, I have used wing machine for many years, your service seems to be declining, where is my almost thirty dollars worth of food order??....pls contact me, ASAP!!! I just been treated like an idiot talking to customer service for the order I received . I place my order @ 8.35 (stamp time) , I was told 45 min to an hour . I call back @ 9.30 to get a status and was told the order was on the way and I was told it only had been 38 min since the order was place (My calculation = 55 min.) The order actually arrived @ 9.53 and I had the driver call the store manager right away to confirm the arrival time .(customer service did not answers the phone before we talk to the manager) At that point the manager offer to give the driver $35.00 versus the $43.00 on the invoice . I decline and pay the full amount and call back customer service waited 9.54 min to get the same person who had told a lie 25 min before . After I explain my desapointment re the delivery and the answer she had give me earlier , she offer 10% discount ($4.00) off my next order ,again I decline and told I just want service and her offer what BS : I just want proper delivery time and no BS excuse .She then increase her offer to 15% again no even hearing the reason of my complain (late delivery and a BS excuse on the time of order been place ) . When I ask to speak to a manager at the call center , I was told there is no manager and to send an email to roccog@ginopizza.ca to place my complain . Sorry what is Rocco @ Gino Pizza had to do with my Wing Machine order ????? To top it all off the suicide dip sauce I ask for was not in the order I got 2 honey garlic. I don't like to be lie to when I know the time I place the order and specialy don'y like to be lie again on the time of arrival , and certainaly don't appreciate getting excuse that make no sence . Her last comment : we have a new system . All of this piss me off and my language on the phone is exactly how felt .
So if Rocco from Gino Pizza want me to explain him how i got treated he can call me . I'm not waisting my time on the phone again trying to get my point accross . I didn't ask for a discount I ask for service and didn't get it .

we had ordered recently by delivery and we are sooo to see that what they charged us is different from the one that showed on the visa account of my husband!!!! we were billed 26.44 and it appeared in their receipt 26.44 but by the tym my husband checked his visa, it was 29.44 instead of 26.44!!!!!!! i dont know if u call this cheating or scamming customers.....i hope this will serve as warning to everyone.

every time i place an order they mess up either they give me the wrong burger or forget to put something on the burger that is why i wont do business with them again

Wow. Complete disappointment. 25 minutes after I ordered online, someone called to confirm the order, they hadn't started making it yet. It ook over an hour for food to arrive. It was still hot when it eventually got there though. Pizza and dipping sauces were good. Honestly, absolute WORST wings I've ever eaten. They were miniscule, dry, sauceless, tasteless. How this place advertises itself as a wing joint is beyond me. Smallest wings I've ever seen! We ate 3 and threw the rest in the garbage. Not to mention the picture in the flyer showed big juicy wings with batter, there was no batter or breading of any kind. We ordered poutine as well, completely laughable. I would have rather flushed my money down the toilet. Wing Machine should be ashamed of itself.
