Description
At Evergreen Thai Restaurant in downtown Toronto, one can choose from Thai, Malaysian, or Chinese entrées, making this place perfect for those who can’t agree on what to eat; we have dine-in, take out and delivery options. Because our chefs travel the world looking for new and enticing recipes, our already eclectic menu just keeps on growing. For starters, one can grab an order of Pho Pia Tod, otherwise known as Thai Spring Rolls, or Tom Yam Gai, a lemon chicken soup in a lemongrass broth. Main meals include Pad Thai, a classic rice noodle dish tossed with chicken, shrimp, egg and tofu. The Imperial Chicken, which was originally created for the last Emperor of the Ching Dynasty, consists of marinated chicken fried until crispy, sautéed, and served in a special tangy sauce. For those who want more of a kick, Malaysian Curry Ayam is a spicier, bolder version of the traditional Thai curry. Vegetarians can also get in on the fun: Pad Makear (Thai Spicy Eggplant) and Kang Ped Tao-Ho (Thai Spicy Tofu) offer the same punch without the meat. Our staff is committed to catering to our clients. This is why we have introduced our dinner specials, for those working late or those who want to grab dinner on the way home. These combos are offered from 3:45 p.m. to 10 p.m. and come at the same affordable prices as the lunch menu.
