Description
The first Papa John's restaurant opened in 1985. Today, there are more than 3,000 Papa John's restaurants worldwide; more importantly, Papa John's remains committed to its heritage of making a superior-quality, traditional pizza. Our hand-tossed, original crust dough is prepared using the finest ingredients and delivered to our restaurants fresh (never frozen), where it rises slowly and naturally. The result is a light & fluffy, savory crust—perfect for dipping into our delicious Special Garlic Dipping Sauce! Our vine-ripened tomatoes are grown in the rich, fertile valleys of central California. They’re packed within an average of six hours after harvesting, giving our sauce a rich, just-picked tomato flavor. Our signature cheese, exclusive to Papa John’s, is crafted from 100% mozzarella and high-quality milk. It’s mild and delicate, yet full-bodied in flavor. We get our olives from the largest quality-focused, grower-owned olive producer in the world. Plump, juicy and full of flavor, they’re grown in Spain’s famous "Herrera" grove. Our Italian-variety baby portabella mushrooms are golden brown and known all over the world for their distinctive flavor and hearty texture. We never put fillers in our meats. We only use 100% beef and pork, blended with special seasonings for hearty texture and mouth-watering flavor and because our green peppers and onions are sliced fresh daily at our restaurants, they’re always crisp and flavorful. We never use vacuum-packed, pre-cut vegetables on our pizzas. We use only the finest ingredients because we believe in quality you can taste.
