I order from here weekly as I absolutely love their pitas. They always use fresh, delicious ingredients. Definitely the best pita place I’ve tried so far in the Kitchener waterloo region.

Food was very good, delivery guy was friendly and the food came a lot quicker than the estimated delivery time, would order again thanks.

Really disappointed with their service.....Ordered $100 worth of pitas for employees at work and after specifying what people wanted on each pita they just threw toppings on that were not asked for.......We called to complain and the MANAGER told us that it was our fault because there are certain items that are just ASSUMED to go on a pita. They said they would send over the correct order and then after 1 hour, we called back and they told us that they couldn't send it over because they didn't have a driver available and they couldn't justify the $10 it would cost them to send it over immediately. What about our employee that spent the money for her lunch and couldn't eat it? (She has a severe food allergy BTW, not that she was being picky). We could've overlooked the mistake if they at least owned up to the error but having the MANAGER no less tell us that they can't be bothered to correct this? We're going to Pita Factory from now on.

The food was amazing, very friendly delivery person(s), delivery took a little longer than it should have, but over all it was worth the wait, Thanks.
